By creating an account, requesting a ride, or using VroomGolf, you agree to these Terms. VroomGolf is a technology platform that connects riders with independent golf-cart drivers. Drivers are independent service providers and are not employees of VroomGolf. Rides are subject to driver availability and the operating area shown in the app.
Ride fares are calculated using the live route distance between your pickup point and destination. VroomGolf currently charges $7 per mile plus a $3 booking fee, with the estimated fare shown before you request a ride. Payment is processed automatically using the payment method provided. Any applicable cancellation or no-show charges will be shown before or at the time they apply.
Drivers must provide a valid driver's licence, a photo, and any other information required by VroomGolf before accepting rides. Drivers are responsible for maintaining a safe, legal, and properly maintained golf cart and for complying with all applicable laws, permits, insurance requirements, and property rules. VroomGolf may suspend or remove drivers who fail to meet its requirements.
VroomGolf may collect your name, email, phone number, account information, payment details, and location information needed to provide the service. Location data is used to match you with nearby drivers, calculate routes and fares, provide live tracking, and improve the service. Driver information may include photos, licence details, vehicle information, and operating zones. We may use service providers to process payments, maps, communications, and other platform functions.
Riders and drivers are expected to treat one another respectfully and use VroomGolf safely and lawfully. Users must not harass, threaten, discriminate against, damage property, misuse the platform, or provide false information. VroomGolf may investigate complaints and may suspend or terminate accounts for unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or repeated misconduct.
VroomGolf provides the technology platform that helps riders and independent drivers connect and does not directly operate or employ the drivers providing rides. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VroomGolf is not responsible for a driver's acts or omissions, delays, accidents, injuries, property damage, or loss arising from a ride. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. You should use appropriate care when entering, riding in, and exiting a golf cart.
